Eligibility Criteria

• General Manager (E-5): Max 45 years, First-class Graduate + MBA (Marketing/Finance)/CA/CMA & 15 years’ experience

• Deputy General Manager (E-4): Max 41 years, BE/B.Tech/Graduate + MBA/CA/CMA & 12 years’ experience

• Chief Manager (E-3): Max 38 years, BE/B.Tech/Graduate + MBA/CA/CMA/CS & 9 years’ experience

• Manager (E-2): Max 34 years, BE/B.Tech/Graduate + MBA (HR/Finance)/CA/CMA & 5 years’ experience

• Deputy Manager (E-1): Max 31 years, Graduate + MBA/Law/CA/CMA/CS & 2 years’ experience

Selection Process

Screening of applications will be followed by a personal interview (ratio 1:5 to 1:7). Final selection depends on interview performance. NSIC reserves the right to adjust norms.

• SC/ST/PwBD/Women/Department Employees: No fee
