🔍 About the Role – Data Analyst (Partner Operations)
We’re looking for a data-savvy champion who can turn numbers into impact. As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in tracking our programme success, maintaining data systems, and crafting actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
📍 Location: Online (Remote)
🕒 Type: Full-Time | Contract (12 Months)
🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create insightful state, district, and school-level dashboards to measure programme outcomes.
- Maintain and update weekly trackers for all partner government programs.
- Preprocess and clean raw school data for uploads into internal systems.
- Provide aggregated views and trends from training and support data.
- Maintain data dumps and perform time-based analysis on performance metrics.
- Assist with ad-hoc data/MIS analysis tasks as needed.
👤 Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong skills in Google Sheets / MS Excel
- Love working with data, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable managing and organizing large data sets
- Good communication skills to understand team needs
- Bonus if you’ve worked in education, nonprofits, or government programs
