✅ What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Education:
Postgraduate degree in MTech, MBA, PGDM or equivalent with a focus in:
- Agri-Business
- Finance
- Marketing
- Agri-Economics
- Technology Commercialization
- Entrepreneurship
📈 Experience:
Minimum 5 years in:
- Startup ecosystems
- Technology commercialization
- Incubation or related roles
👉 Bonus: Experience across the 10 districts of Jammu is a big plus!

You’ll play a key role in:
- Supporting startup incubation programs
- Managing innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives
- Bridging academia and industry
- Scaling impactful agri-startups in the region
