Role Overview:
We are hiring an Order Management Analyst to support our Commercial Operations team. This is a remote, full-time role for candidates based in India.
You will help review and approve sales orders, ensure data accuracy in our CRM (Salesforce), and support various sales processes. This is a great entry-level opportunity to grow your career in sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Support: Review sales order forms and related documents (MSAs, SOWs, POs)
- Approval Coordination: Work with Sales, Finance, Legal & Customer Service teams
- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate data in Salesforce.com
- Quality Checks: Regularly audit data for accuracy and resolve issues
- Sales Records: Manage credits, rebills, renewals, and account validations
- Process Improvement: Contribute to streamlining sales workflows
- Data Analysis: Use Excel for basic analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Computer Science, or similar)
- 2–5 years’ experience in data entry, order management, or admin support (preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or any CRM software
- Good Excel skills (basic formulas, functions)
- Excellent accuracy and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Bonus: SaaS industry experience, SQL basics, flexible working hours
