About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in India. You will support our customers by solving issues, explaining features, and helping them succeed. You’ll work closely with our global team and play a key role in making our customers happy.
Schedule
- Must be based in India
- Must work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Get 2 days off during weekdays
- Shift: 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM (with 8 work hours + 1-hour break, adjusted for summer/winter time)
What You’ll Do
- Support customers via chat, email, and tickets
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Educate users on how to use our product
- Work with the global support team
- Be the voice of the customer within Aircall
- Learn and grow in a fast-moving SaaS company
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in SaaS or tech support (or similar skills)
- Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a bonus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using tools like ticketing systems and CRMs
- Good understanding of tech concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and empathy
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Enjoy working in a diverse, remote team
