About the Role

The Data & Analytics (DnA) team at EA is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to improve data capabilities and business intelligence for our Quality Verification teams. The ideal candidate is adept at identifying patterns, assessing risks, and using game data to enhance Game Development and Quality Verification strategies.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement from Vancouver, BC, and reports to the Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the data analytics roadmap for major EA titles.
  • Develop data-driven solutions that optimize decision-making in Quality Verification.
  • Implement best practices in tools and visual technologies to enhance project dashboards.
  • Write scripts and queries to process and manipulate data from various sources.
  • Promote a data-driven culture and uphold data governance for improved data maturity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and process improvement.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with Python
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker and Power BI.
  • Ability to develop data models and warehousing solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

EA offers competitive compensation based on location, experience, and qualifications.

Base Salary Range (British Columbia):

  • $73,200 – $101,700 CAD (depending on location)
