Associate Technical Analyst
Location: Remote, India
Shift Time: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM
Role Overview
As an Associate Technical Analyst, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our platform, products, and digital advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze challenges and implement solutions across all revenue streams. Working closely with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering teams, you will ensure seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze trends to identify discrepancies in data.
- Extract data points for root cause analysis.
- Develop dashboards to track analytical insights.
- Triage and respond to requests from internal stakeholders.
- Maintain reports to proactively flag potential concerns.
- Participate in after-action reviews.
- Foster collaboration through active listening and solution-oriented thinking.

- Technical Skills:
- SQL (Intermediate)
- Python (Basic to Intermediate)
- HTML (Intermediate)
- Understanding of statistics (Intermediate level)
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, Grafana, or New Relic
- Front-end web app debugging skills
- Proficiency with Chrome DevTools or similar debugging tools
- Some programming experience or the ability to read code is a plus
