First Due is seeking a Technical Services Analyst – Data Migration to facilitate the deployment of technical components during the implementation phase. You will collaborate closely with clients, implementation teams, and deployment teams to ensure smooth data migration, GIS, and CAD system integrations. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and internal teams to identify business and functional requirements.
- Analyze gaps between business needs and technical capabilities.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage updates to business and functional requirements as priorities shift.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a technical resource, guiding clients and internal teams.
- Support deployment teams by providing technical insights and problem-solving.
- Test functionality and integrity of technical components.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to explain complex technical processes in simple terms.
- Strong analytical skills to assess multiple scenarios and determine optimal outcomes.
- Experience making data-driven decisions with clear rationalization.
- Some knowledge of the Fire/EMS industry is a plus.
- Experience working in environments with evolving business and technical constraints.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of structured data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Basic to intermediate understanding of delimited data files, structured data files, and file transport methods.
- Familiarity with relational database structures.
- Understanding of GIS components and web services.
