Role Overview:
As a Client Satisfaction Associate, you will deliver outstanding customer support via calls, emails, chat, and ticketing systems for clients, proctors, and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, tickets, emails, and chats.
- Assist with eligibility review, registration, application processing, and account support.
- Provide technical and administrative support for online systems.
- Process scheduling and registration forms.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to CS projects.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a blended process (email & chat support).
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, web applications, and internet browsers.
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
