Salary & Selection Criteria
- Salary: ₹750 per lecture, up to a maximum of ₹20,000 per month.
- Selection Process: Merit-based, as per the following criteria:
- 80 points – Basic qualification (pro-rata)
- 05 points – Higher qualification
- 05 points – GATE/NET/SET qualification
- 05 points – Teaching experience at Polytechnic level (pro-rata)
- 05 points – Interaction with the selection committee
Terms & Conditions
- The engagement is purely temporary for the May–June 2025 session and may end earlier if faculty is provided by the Director, Skill Development Department, J&K.
- No claim for permanent absorption in the department will be entertained.
- Selected candidates must submit an affidavit declaring no claim for job continuation.
- The institution reserves the right to terminate the engagement at any time without notice.
