Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu is hiring Laboratory Technicians, Data Entry Operators, and Multi-Tasking Staff under the VRDL Project (ICMR) in the Department of Microbiology. These positions are purely contractual for 12 months, extendable based on performance and funding. Terms & Conditions
- Applicants must be residents of UT of J&K.
- The appointment is purely on a contractual basis for 12 months, extendable based on performance, project continuation, and funding.
- The appointing authority can terminate the contract at any time without providing a reason.
- Selected candidates must provide one month’s notice before resigning.
- This contractual hiring does not guarantee future regularization or any government benefits.
- Candidates must report within 07 days from the selection list publication, or their selection will be canceled.
- Selected candidates must sign a contract agreement stating they will not claim regularization.
- Candidates will be notified about any screening test and venue on GMC Jammu’s website.
- First waiting list candidates will be given preference if selected candidates fail to join.
- Candidates must provide an affidavit attested by a 1st Class Magistrate, agreeing to all terms and conditions.
