Job Role Overview:
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the face of Airtel, representing our commitment to providing high-quality support and solutions to our vast customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide information about Airtel’s products and services, and ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for the customers. Airtel offers a wide range of services, from mobile connectivity to broadband and digital TV, giving you an exciting and varied customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and empathetically.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about their Airtel accounts, services, and products.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to network connectivity, mobile services, and other telecom services.
  • Escalate customer concerns to relevant departments when necessary and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Contribute to team efforts by meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or above.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or the local language.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy.
