- Assist customers with inquiries about their Airtel accounts, services, and products.

- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or above.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or the local language.

- Basic computer literacy.
