SKUAST Kashmir: Join us in our pursuit of excellence! The Division of Clinical Veterinary Medicine is inviting applications for the position of Research Assistant/Project Assistant (RA) under a prestigious DST funded project. The project, titled “Development of Diagnostic Kit for Early and Rapid Detection of Foot and Mouth Disease,” promises a challenging and rewarding experience in the field of veterinary sciences.

Job Details:



Position Available: Research Assistant/ Project Assistant (RA)

Location: Division of Clinical Veterinary Medicine, Ethics & Jurisprudence, Faculty of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, Shuhama, Alusteng, Srinagar 190006, Kashmir (J&K State)

Salary: Rs 22,000/- (Consolidated)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research activities related to the development of diagnostic kits.
  • Assist in the rapid detection of Foot and Mouth Disease in veterinary centers.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of experts in the field.




Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: BVSc & AH/B.Sc. in Life Sciences
  • Desirable: Masters with experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
