Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate seamlessly with data stewards, data engineers, BI/Reporting Leads to meet diverse business requirements encompassing data science, AI, ML, data quality, data management, business intelligence, and reporting.
• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, identifying areas for enhancement and innovation.
• Formulate specific business requirements and collaborate with the relevant data team members to translate them into technological specifications.
• Foster communication with various departments to gather insights on harnessing data to drive growth, enhance client satisfaction, and optimize internal procedures.
• Partner with business functions to conceptualize strategies for leading a data-driven organization. This includes providing key performance indicators (KPIs), sharing international best practices, and implementing cutting-edge technologies across similar functions on a global scale.
• Continuously monitor and apply lessons learned from ongoing initiatives.
• Contribute to developing the initiative pipeline in close collaboration with corporate partners, assisting in setting strategic priorities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field of study.
• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience as a data analyst.
• Demonstrated prior experience in conducting and leading workshops to gather and define requirements.
• Willingness to work globally and implement cross-border/global standards and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of the respective business units and their unique requirements.
• Fundamental understanding of data management principles.
• Proficiency in data quality and metadata management.
• Solid grasp of business architecture concepts and their practical applications.
• Strong experience and expertise in SQL.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Power BI.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
