Job Title: Counsellor (Female)

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and understanding
- Previous counseling experience is a plus
- Knowledge of visa and immigration processes preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and counseling to clients seeking visa and immigration services
- Assess clients’ needs and provide suitable solutions
- Explain visa and immigration processes and requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service
