- Name of the post: Market Development Trainee
- Qualification: B.Sc. / MSC Agriculture +MBA (preferred)
- Experience: 0-2 Years
- Location: Srinagar, Budgam, Shopian, Pulwama, Sopore, Pattan, Baramulla, Anantnag, Kulgam, khoveripora
- Key Responsibility: Territory working for the market development activities, campaign ideation considering product USP and market, progressive farmer identification and maintaining regular contact, handling evaluation trials, village level crop wise acreages/ potential mapping, potential market identify cation
- Name of the post: Market Development Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc./MSC Agriculture +MBA (preferred)
- Experience: 2-5 Years
- Location: Srinagar, Budgam, Shopian, Pulwama, Sopore, Pattan, Baramulla, Anantnag, Kulgam, khoveripora
- Key Responsibility: Territory working for the market development activities, campaign ideation considering product USP and market, progressive farmer identification and maintaining regular contact, handling evaluation trials, village level crop wise acreages/ potential mapping, potential market identify cation

- Key Responsibility: Ensure achievement of given sales budget, achievement of given collection budget, and business growth with existing and new addition of customers
- Name of the post: Assistant Manager – Field Development
- Qualification: MSC/PHD Agriculture science (preferable)
- Experience: Preferred industry experience, Fresher can also apply
- Location: North Kashmir & South Kashmir
- Key Responsibility: Responsible for Business development & executing farmer meeting/ trainings, demonstrations/product testing – which comprises developing key growth promotional strategies, tactics and action plans, meeting annual targets, building relationships with Farmer/retailers/distributors
