1. Name of the post: Technical Assistant / Technician
   • No. of posts: 04
   • Eligibility Qualification: 10+2 with science or above qualification, with two-year diploma in Laboratory Assistant Course or having Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology Course from recognized Institute/ State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council.
2. Name of the post: Anaesthesia Assistant’ Technician
   • No. of posts: 02
   • Eligibility Qualification: 10+2 with science or above qualification, with two-year diploma in Anaesthesia Assistant Course or having degree in Anaesthesia Technology, from recognized Institute/ State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council.
3. Name of the post: Theatre Assistant / Technician
   • No. of posts: 02
   • Eligibility Qualification: 10+2 with science or above qualification, with diploma in Theatre Assistant Course or having degree in Operation Theatre Technology, from recognized Institute/ State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council
4. Name of the post: Nursing & Paramedical Staff / Technical Assistant / Technician
   • No. of posts: 02
   • Eligibility Qualification: 10+2 with science or above qualification, with diploma in Medical Assistant Course, from recognized Institute/ State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council.
5. Name of the post: Audio- Visual Technician/ Technician Aids, Photograph & Artist
   • No. of posts: 02
   • Eligibility Qualification: Diploma’ Degree in Electronics & Communication from any recognized Institute.
6. Name of the post: Radiography Technician
   • No. of posts: 02
   • Eligibility Qualification: 10+2 with Science or above qualification with two years Diploma in X- Ray Assistant Course or having Degree in X-Ray Technology/ Radiography from recognized Institute/ State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council.
7. Name of the post: Clinical Staff for Casualty Bed
   • No. of posts: 02
   • Eligibility Qualification: 10+2 with Science or above qualification with Diploma/Degree in Medical Lab. Technology from any recognized Institute/SMF/ J&K Paramedical Council.
8. Name of the post: Dental Technician
   • No. of posts: 01
   • Eligibility Qualification: 10+2 with Science or above qualification with two year Diploma in Dental Assistant/ Technician Course from recognized Institute/ State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council.
9. Name of the post: ECG Technician
   • No. of posts: 01
   • Eligibility Qualification: 10+2 with Science or above qualification with Diploma in X-Ray Assistant/ Technician with three months specialized training in ECG from any recognized Institute/ State Medical Faculty/ J&K Paramedical Council.

Date of Commencement for submission of online applications= 14.12.2022

In continuation to this office Advertisement Notice No. 23 GMCA of 2022 dated: 10/12/2022, the date for submission of online application forms is hereby extended upto 15^th February 2023 and submission of hardcopy along with Demand Draft in favour or Principal GMC Anantnag is extended upto 18^th of February, 2023.

Terms & Conditions:-

• Nature of engagement: The engagement against the advertised posts shall be on Academic Arrangement basis only without conferment of any preferential on the engages for regular appointment against these posts.
• Period: For a period of one-year extendable upto maximum of six years (on yearly basis subject to the satisfactory performance) or till the selection is made by the competent authority on regular basis, whichever is earlier.
• Salary: The enagagee shall be paid salary at the minimum of pay scale in accordance with S.O 364 dated 27.11.2020.
• Agreement: The selected candidate shall have to enter into an agreement with this institution to the effect that they will not leave the job before the completion of one year contract. Abandoning/termination of the agreement as the case may be will require one month’s prior notice on either side failing which the salary will not be paid for one month to the incumbent which shall always remain in deposit with the department and shall always remain in deposit with the department and shall be released on completion of term.
• Age: The age of the applicant at the time of submission of application form must not be:-
  • Below 18 years; and
  • Above 63 years

Note:

1. The candidates must be in possession of all required documents on 23.12.2022 and no document/certificate issued beyond the cutoff date shall be accepted/entertained.
2. The selection shall be made purely on the basis of merit obtained by the candidate in the written test.
3. In case any post of the aforesaid categories gets filled up on regular basis during the intervening period from the date of issuance of notification to the date of selection, such posts shall be deemed to have been withdrawn/deleted from the notification and the final selection shall be made as per availability of posts at the time of selection.

Instruction for applying online:-

• Interested eligible candidates are required to apply online through official website of GMC Anantnag, gmcanantnag.net and also submit hard copy of application form alongwith requisite documents in the office of undersigned at main campus Dialgam upto 15^th February 2023.
• Application form once submitted successfully will not be editable. Candidates will be soley responsible for all the information submitted by them. In case of any information is found incorrect/ deficient/ incoherent at any stage, the application form shall be summarily rejected.
• The candidates shall have to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- in the shape of Demand Draft and credit into the Account of Principal, GMC Anantnag.
