Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

• Team Lead:
  • Masters or Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Community Medicine/Public Health/Epidemiology/Health Administration or equivalent.
  • Have at least (05) years of post-qualification experience in the implementation of community health programmes.
• Field Investigator:
  • MBBS/BDS/AYUSH/BPT/ BSc Nursing with a Masters or Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Public Health/Epidemiology/Health Administration or equivalent.
  • Have at least (01) years of post-qualification experience in the implementation of community health programmes.
• Fieldworker:
  • Master of Social Work or MA Sociology or Masters, of Rural Development or B. Sc. Nursing.
  • Have at least (03) years of post-qualification experience in the implementation of community health programmes.
