Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Paid Media Ad Specialist, you will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, and optimization of social media lead-generation efforts. This role goes beyond managing posts; you will be directly involved in creating, implementing, analyzing, and managing successful social media ad campaigns and initiatives.
- Drive user acquisition growth for our US, CA, AU, and UK initiatives.
- Plan and execute paid social strategies for Facebook and TikTok.
- Monitor and adjust paid advertising campaigns for Facebook and Instagram to maintain target KPI’s.
- Provide Social Media ad analysis on competitive campaigns and adjust campaigns for client ROI.
- Monitor and optimize conversion rates for lead generation and app installations.
- Identify opportunities for landing pages, social media marketing trends, and actionable opportunities.
This Role Requires:
- 2-4 years of experience in social media lead generation platforms.
- Experience in lead generation in the Mainstream Dating Industry.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with US Clients.
- Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Facebook and Instagram Ads platforms, TikTok Ads, Snap Chat ads, and analytical skills.
