- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates will be in accordance with the Government of India/CSIR instructions. Candidates belonging to these categories should provide copies of certificates in the proper format issued by the appropriate authority as per the latest instructions issued on the subject.
- Age relaxation will also be applicable for Widows, Divorced Women, and Women Judicially separated from Husbands, who are not remarried, as per GOI/CSIR provisions.

- Complete the Google Form and submit it on or before 24.10.2023 (Tuesday) by 5:00 pm.
- Google Forms submitted after the deadline (24.10.2023, 5:00 pm) will not be considered for the interview.
- The list of shortlisted candidates and the interview date will be posted on the IIIM-TBI Website (www.iiimtbi.com) by 25.10.2023 (Wednesday) by 5:00 pm.
- Shortlisted candidates are required to be present at the BOARD ROOM, CSIR-IIIM JAMMU (VENUE) for the interview one hour before the scheduled time (i.e., by 9:00 am). Candidates arriving after 10:00 am will not be entertained under any circumstance unless otherwise notified.
- Shortlisted candidates must bring original certificates in support of Date of birth, Educational Qualifications, Experience Certificate, Category Certificate (if applicable), etc. Tentative Mark Sheets/Certificates and ‘RESULT AWAITED’ will not be considered.
- To ensure a smooth application process, only candidates who strictly fulfill the eligibility criteria and possess the degrees/mark sheets in the required subjects should apply through the Google Form.
- If the final certificates reflect CGPA/SGPA/OGPA Grades, the candidate should convert these into equivalent percentages using the approved formula of the University, and a copy of this conversion formula must be attached along with the Google Form.
- After selection/empanelment, original documents, including essential qualifications, DOB, Caste, and age relaxation certificates, will be verified. Any discrepancies found may result in the cancellation of the selection/empanelment. Candidates must submit a duly signed undertaking (attached to the Google Form) in this regard.
- Please note that no travel allowances (TA) will be provided for attending the interview, and interim inquiries will not be entertained.
