Your Mission: As the Lead Product Manager for Tide’s global merchant acquiring payments product suite in the Financial Services department, you’ll shape the strategy and delivery of our cutting-edge digital payments acceptance products across Europe and India.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the product vision and strategy for the digital/e-commerce product portfolio.
- Conduct market research to inform product decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Prioritize features based on market requirements, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and long-term vision.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated product strategy and successful launches.
- Lead by example, taking ownership of business metrics and product KPIs.
- Define and scope new product ideas leveraging internal technology and external vendor solutions.
- Cultivate a seamless customer experience by ensuring the smooth functioning of automated and manual processes.
- Manage and coach a team of experienced product managers to own and drive product impact.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of Product Management experience, working with agile/scrum delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of the merchant acquiring industry, payments, and financial technology.
- Experience in the e-commerce domain across global geographies.
- Technical knowledge and experience with API-based products.
- Understanding of the latest payment scheme rules and wider regulations in global markets.
- Proven leadership acumen and mentoring capabilities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Proactive “can-do” attitude, adept at multitasking and achieving results.
