The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and prospective clients, addressing their concerns, and providing expert advice on the courses and programs offered by the institute.

Position: Counsellor (Female)
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling:
   • Engage with students to understand their career goals and suggest suitable courses.
   • Address queries related to course fees, duration, and content.
   • Assist students in completing enrollment formalities.
2. Client Interaction:
   • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
   • Offer guidance and clarity about the institute’s offerings.
3. Documentation & Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and enrollments.
   • Prepare regular reports on counselling activities and enrollment rates.
4. Promotion of Courses:
   • Promote the institute’s courses to prospective students.
   • Organize and participate in informational sessions and events to attract new enrollments.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Experience:
   • Only candidates with prior experience in counselling will be considered.
   • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Skills:
   • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Proficiency in explaining technical and non-technical course details to students and parents.
   • Ability to multitask and handle inquiries professionally.
3. Education:
   • Graduation in any field (preference for candidates with educational counselling experience).
   • Certification in counselling or a related field is an added advantage.
