1) STORE MANAGER: Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail or hospitality? We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee a dedicated sales team of 20-25 individuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reporting sales figures to regional and corporate offices, managing customer escalations, and ensuring compliance in daily store operations. Young, dynamic individuals with prior retail or hospitality experience and proficiency in spoken/written English are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with experience outside of Jammu & Kashmir.
Minimum Academic Qualification: Post Graduate (Preferably commerce/management background)
2) OPTOMETRIST: Join our vision care team! We are looking for registered Diploma holders with experience in handling eye equipment. The Optometrist will be responsible for assessing, inspecting, diagnosing, and recommending corrective glasses or lenses. Registered license holders with 2-5 years of experience are preferred, and candidates in and around Srinagar are encouraged to apply.
3) OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN: Experienced in handling computer-controlled machinery in the ‘Fitting Lab’? Join us! The Optometric Technician will conduct basic eye examinations, take measurements, produce high-quality spectacles, and ensure precision in glazing and repairs. Candidates residing in Srinagar and nearby areas are preferred.
4) ACCOUNTANT (MALE/FEMALE): Are you an accounting professional with 2-3 years of experience in GST filing? Join our finance team! We are seeking graduates or equivalent with technical proficiency in BUSY/Tally accounting software.
