Govt Medical College Anantnag hiring Staff Nurses under NHM for Associated Hospital, GMC Anantnag

Online Application forms are invited from the eligible candidates of District Anantnag for engagement against the posts of Staff Nurses under NHM on Contractual Basis at Associated Hospital, GMC Anantnag initially for a period of one year (2020-2021) extendable on yearly basis subject to good performance and conduct or till the continuation of Centrally Sponsored Scheme, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility/ Qualification: Matric with Diploma in Jr. Staff Nurse training from SMF or any other recognized Institute.

Age: upto 45 years.

Selection Criteria Screening Test = 60 points

Matric = 10 points

Diploma in JNM Training from SMF or other Recognized Institute = 15 points

Viva Voce = 100 points

Note: Item (i) to (iii) on pro­rata basis.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The candidate must be domicile of District Anantnag.
2. The consolidated Honorarium per month is inclusive of all allowances and benefits.
3. The selection of candidate for each post shall be as per the criteria conveyed by State Health Society, NHM vide its Letter No. SHS/NHM/J&K/DNO-J/8271-8315 Dated 19.08.2020 & No. SHS/NRHM/J&K/11335-85 Dated 03.07.2014.
4. All engagements shall be purely on contractual basis and are non-transferable.
5. Initial term of contract shall be for the financial period (2020-21) or till continuation of Centrally Sponsored Scheme whichever is earlier.
6. The selected candidate shall have to submit an affidavit to the effect that he/she shall not claim for any regular appointment/ extension in the department.
7. The posts are contractual and do not confer any right for the selected candidates to the permanent absorption in the department.
8. The engagement can be terminated on account of non performance without any notice keeping in view the public health importance of the programme.
9. Eligible candidates shall have to undergo screening test. Shortlisted candidates shall be called for viva voce on the ratio of 1:5 and the final selection list shall be based on the performance of applicants as per the selection criteria.

Documents to be uploaded with application form.:

• Essential qualification certificate Marks Certificate of Essential qualification O.B Certificate Domicile Certificate Matric Marks Sheet 10+2 (Marks Sheet) Registration Certificate.
• Submit the application form, along with uploading of documents. After successful completion of the application candidates receive an email SMS and will be able to get the print out of your filled form.
• Application form once submitted successfully will not be editable. Candidate will be solely responsible for all the information submitted by him/her.
• In case of any information is found incorrect/ deficient/ incoherent at any stage, the application form shall be summarily rejected and such candidate will be debarred from all the future engagements.
• The list of eligible candidates shall be uploaded on this portal only, who shall have to undergo screening test.
• Candidates should not submit the print-out of the application to GMC at this stage.
• However, candidates shall submit the downloaded print-out of the application form along with attested copies of requisite documents as and when GMC may call for submission of documents.
