Applications are invited for recruitment of Technical Officers and Family Planning Logistics Manager on contractual basis in both the divisions of Jammu and Kashmir.




Job Details:

1. Name of the Post: Family Planning Logistics Management Information System (FPLMIS) Manager
   • Remuneration: Rs. 31,500 per month
   • Eligibility:
     • Essential: Bachelor s Degree in any discipline from Recognized University
     • Experience: Minimum One year of post-qualification Experience of working in Public Health Sector preferably from Government /Partner Agencies.
     • Age: Maximum age limit up to 45 years as on 01- 12-2021
   • Selection Criteria:
     • • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline – 80 points on prorata basis
       • Viva-voce – 20
       • Only 5 Candidates from each Division will be shortlisted for Viva-voce strictly as per merit list
   • Location: One each at Directorate to of Family Welfare MCH & Immunization J&K_: Jammu / Srinagar Office
2. Name of the Post: Technical Officer
   • No. of Posts: 02 Posts
   • Remuneration: Rs. 51.500 per month
   • Eligibility:
     • Essential: MBBS
     • Desirable: Master in Public Health Management
   • Age: Maximum age limit up to 45 years as on 01- 12-2021.
   • Selection Criteria:
     • MBBS – 80 points on prorata basis
     • Viva-voce – 20 points.
     • Only 5 Candidates from each Division will be shortlisted for Viva- voce strictly as per merit list.
   • Location: One each at Directorate of Family Welfare MCH & Immunization J&K, Jammu/ Srinagar Office

Application forms completed in all respect shall reach in our divisional offices through speed post or by hand, by or before 3rd of January. 2022. Detailed Application Form can be downloaded from our official website www.dfwjk.co.in

Terms & Conditions:

• Preference will be given to candidates from concerned divisions. Division wise merit list will be prepared and only 5 candidates as per the merit will be called for viva-voce
• Hiring will be purely on contractual basis, initial contract for hiring shall be upto 31st March, 2022 and further yearly extension will be subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate/approval of the post by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Col.
• No application will be entertained after the last date i.e. 3rd of January’. 2022 (4.30 PM).

List of documents to be enclosed with the application form:

1. Degree certificate of requisite qualification.
2. Date of birth certificate/10th Marksheet.
3. Marks Sheet of all years’ one consolidated marks sheet indicating marks of all the years of the required qualification for the post applied for.
4. Domicile Certificate
5. Experience certificate, if any and upto 1 year experience from Govt or Partner agency in case of Logistics Manager.
6. Aadhar card.
7. Covid-19 Vaccination certificate for rig Dose.
8. Application not falling under the prescribed criteria or without aforesaid documents shall be rejected out rightly.
