Kashmir University Job Recruitment 2021

Applications on the prescribed format which can be downloaded from the University website at www.kashmiruniversity.net are invited for the engagement of contractual lecturers in the below mentioned subjects on academic arrangements for the session-2021. In this connection, application forms complete in all respects and attached with relevant documents should be submitted in the office of the concerned Dean of the Schools at University Campus, Srinagar by or before 05.01.2021.



ELIGIBLITY: The candidates possessing NET/SET/Ph.D in the relevant subject/discipline with minimum of 55% marks at Post-graduate level are eligible to apply for the post.

1. Dean Social of Social Science:
   • Political science (Law)
2. Dean School of Business Studies: Economics (Law)
   • Dean School of Arts
3. English (Law)
   • Foreign Languages

However, Desirable Qualification/Specialization in the following subject shall be as under:

Foreign Languages: German Language & French Language.

Interested and eligible candidates can appear in Walk-in-interview in the office chamber of the Dean, School of Earth and Environmental Sciences, University of Kashmir, Hazratbal, Srinagar on 2 Jan 2021 at 11:30 A.M.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The appointees shall not be entitled for any permanent appointment on account of this engagement.
2. The candidate should bring all the original documents and testimonials in support of this her claim regarding qualification/ experience/publication etc.
3. Candidates appearing for the interview shall not be paid any TA/DA.
4. Canvassing in any form by or on behalf of the candidate will lead to disqualification.
5. Impersonation or submission of false/ fabricated/ tampered documents or making incorrect false statements by a candidate will render him/her liable for criminal prosecution.
