✅ Eligibility Criteria
👨🎓 Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Knowledge in Banking, Finance, Law, Agriculture & allied areas.
💡 Experience & Skills:
- Banking or related field experience.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and team-building skills.
- Local language proficiency is must.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Preference to candidates who have conducted Financial Literacy Camps.
- Retired JK Bank Officers (minimum Senior Manager Scale-III) will be given preference.
🧓 Age Limit:
- Maximum 65 years as on 01.2025.
💰 Salary & Perks:
- ₹22,000/- per month.
- Extra: Monthly conveyance + Mobile/Telephone charges + Performance incentives
