🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with teams across departments like IT, Engineering, and Project Management.
- Handle data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) onto hosted platforms.
- Provide technical assistance and top-notch customer service via email, calls, or screen shares.
- Set up user accounts, provide walkthroughs, and manage permissions and databases.
- Investigate and resolve client concerns related to data, searches, and technical performance.
- Manage tasks through internal systems and meet SLA targets.
- Participate in team meetings and company-wide virtual town halls.
✅ What You Bring to the Table
- A Bachelor’s degree OR at least 1 year of professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Great communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking ability.
