Extension in last date of filling of Online Application Form for Divisional District Cadre Posts for various posts in different Departments under PM Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants and Non-Migrant Kashmiri Pandits advertised vide Advertisement No 03 of 2020 Dated: 01/12/2020
Whereas, the J&K Service Selection Board (JKSSB) invited online applications vide Advertisement No. 0.3 of 2020 Dated 01/12/2020 from eligible candidates for participating in the selection process for Divisional/District Cadre Posts in different Departments under PM Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants and Non-Migrant Kashmiri Pandits: and
Whereas, the date of commencement for submission of online applications was 07/12/2020 and the last Date for submission of online applications has been fixed as 21/12/2020; and
Whereas, the J&K SSB has received lot of requests orally and otherwise seeking extension in last date for filling of online application forms in view of the fact that candidates are facing difficulties in filing the online application forms on account of furnishing of various documents as envisaged under SRO 412 dated 30/12/2009 & SRO 425 of 2017: and
Whereas. the Advertisement Notice provides that the appointment recruitment shall be carried out under SRO 412 of 2009 dated 30/12/2009 read with SRO 425 dated 10/10/2017; and
Whereas, the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir vide Communication No. Div.Com/PS/Misc/2020/2341-47 dated 09.12.2020 forwarded representation submitted by President Kashmiri Pundit Sangarash Samiti for seeking extension in the last date for submission of online applications for the above said posts as the process of issuance of Non Migrant Certificate takes considerable time and only 31 persons have been granted Non Migrant Registration Certificate in last one year,
Whereas, Deputy Commissioner Srinagar also forwarded the representation of Kashmiri Pandit Sangarash Samiti vide his Communication No ADC-S/PS/Misc./2020-21/2845-49 dated 08/12/2020.
Now. therefore, in view of the aforesaid representation, the Last date for submission of online applications for various post, advertised vide Advertisement Notice No. 03 <>l 2020 dated 01/12/2020 in different Departments under PM Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants and Non-Migrant Kashmiri Pandit, shall now be 05/01/2021
